ARNP or PA-C - Cardiology

MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital, a not-for-profit, 225-bed community hospital located in Yakima, WA, is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for our Cardiology practice. You’ll practice with the support of five APPs and our Cardiology physicians. We are recruiting for this role to provide additional access for our Cardiology patients. Come be a part of an essential cardiac team serving a catchment area of more than 250K while enjoying all the Pacific Northwest has to offer! • Hospital-employed position; competitive salary with comprehensive benefit package;
• Hybrid schedule with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities; 4 clinic days and 1 admin day when in clinic;
• Cardiology staffing plan includes 4 Interventional Cardiologists, 1 Electrophysiologist, 6 Non-Invasive Cardiologists and 7 APPs;
• Inpatient weekend coverage at 1:7 (at full staffing); average of 13 patients per day in clinic

Requirements:
• Current board certification: ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA
• Washington State Medical License or licensure eligibility; DEA registered in WA State
• American Heart Association BLS/ACLS
• 2 or more years of experience in cardiology setting preferred, but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
