Requirements
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with an active Maryland license (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; strong new graduates with family practice/urgent care rotations will be considered.
- Comfort in managing both acute conditions and chronic diseases.
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Interest in practicing outside of traditional insurance-driven healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients ages 6 and older, including preventive, acute, and chronic care.
- Develop individualized care plans emphasizing lifestyle, prevention, and patient education.
- Perform minor procedures and urgent care interventions (sutures, wound care, etc.).
- Communicate with patients via secure messaging, phone, and telehealth when appropriate.
- Collaborate with our small team of providers to deliver seamless, relationship-based care.
- Maintain thorough but streamlined documentation within our user-friendly EMR.
